ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
  • Possesses at least a Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Marketing/Project coordinator and Secretary/Personal Assistance or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Office Administration, basic Invoicing and Procurement work
  • Must be well-organized, able to work with tight deadlines, independent and detailed in his or her work
  • Candidates will also be conscientious and willing to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and good customer service are required, including an excellent telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
 
AGGRESSIVE SALES PERSONNEL

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales goals as set by management.
  • Develop customer base necessary to meet all sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Maintain high level of product and vendor knowledge.
  • Traveling must be expected.
  • Prospecting for new business, preparing /presenting proposals and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Serves as point of contact for business customers issues.
  • Weekly reporting and updated of sales.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must posses minimum secondary education/SPM and above.
  • Preference to those with consumer sales experience.
  • All applicants need own transport.
  • Full-Time/Part-Time position available.
 
PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of projects, including all aspects of Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final completion of projects meeting customer expectations of Time, Quality and within Budget.
  • Provide project management consultation and establishing and maintaining healthy relationship with customers
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional training in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication, IT or Electrical Engineering)
  • Required language(s) and skill(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Project Management.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Strong knowledge of programmed and project management capabilities
  • Strong people skills and proven client interrelationship skills
  • Must ensure consistency in the use of project management tools, accurately follow financial guidelines and is comfortable functioning in a large programmed or multi-project environment
  • Responsible for people management for all team members
  • Have excellent communication skills and understanding of financial and business issue
