PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of projects, including all aspects of Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final completion of projects meeting customer expectations of Time, Quality and within Budget.
- Provide project management consultation and establishing and maintaining healthy relationship with customers
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional training in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication, IT or Electrical Engineering)
- Required language(s) and skill(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Project Management.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Strong knowledge of programmed and project management capabilities
- Strong people skills and proven client interrelationship skills
- Must ensure consistency in the use of project management tools, accurately follow financial guidelines and is comfortable functioning in a large programmed or multi-project environment
- Responsible for people management for all team members
- Have excellent communication skills and understanding of financial and business issue

ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
- Possesses at least a Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Marketing/Project coordinator and Secretary/Personal Assistance or equivalent
- Knowledge of Office Administration, basic Invoicing and Procurement work
- Must be well-organized, able to work with tight deadlines, independent and detailed in his or her work
- Candidates will also be conscientious and willing to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and good customer service are required, including an excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
